Sodium hydrogen fluoride is an acidic fluoride salt that can smoothly release fluoride ions and has the characteristics of acidic etching, complex rust removal, and melting aid; Compared to liquid hydrofluoric acid, solid form is more convenient for storage and transportation, and is widely used as an etchant, metal surface treatment agent, fluorine chemical intermediate, and welding melting aid raw material.
1、 Glass processing industry (core application areas)
1. Etching and sanding of architectural glass and craft glass
Used for etching patterns and marking scales on tempered frosted glass, decorative glass, and glassware; Mix sandblasting paste to achieve a translucent and non transparent matte effect, widely used in door and window glass, bathroom glass, and craft glass bottles.
2. Optical glass and lens processing
Matte treatment on the surface of optical lenses, etching before polishing, and fine-tuning of light transmission performance; Scale processing of instrument glass and experimental glass.
