1、 Optimize raw material structure and reduce emissions from the source
      Strictly control the low-end raw material routes with high pollution and high consumption, and reduce the inefficient and high acid consuming processes of extensive fluorite mining. Promote the intensive utilization of fluorite resources and the recycling and reuse of tailings, and reduce the production of by-products through refined raw material purification and formula improvement. At the same time, gradually replacing traditional fluorine-containing raw materials and intermediates with high GWP and high-temperature chamber effect, selecting low toxicity, low emission, and environmentally friendly basic materials, and reducing pollutants and carbon emissions from the production source.
2、 Upgrade production technology and promote clean production
      Eliminate old high-energy consumption reaction devices and outdated intermittent production capacity, and transform continuous, closed, and intelligent production processes. Optimize core reaction processes such as fluorination, chlorination, and polymerization, reduce reaction temperature and energy consumption, and decrease heat and electricity consumption. By adopting green technologies such as low-temperature synthesis, catalytic synthesis, and efficient separation, the amount of three wastes generated is reduced, and the leakage of unorganized waste gas is avoided, achieving synergistic pollution reduction and carbon reduction at the process level.
3、 Strengthen the comprehensive management of three wastes and build a circular utilization system
      In terms of exhaust gas, a collection, desulfurization, defluorination, recovery and purification system will be built for fluorine-containing exhaust gas and acidic exhaust gas to achieve the resource utilization and reuse of exhaust gas; In terms of wastewater, we will construct advanced treatment facilities for high salt and fluoride containing wastewater to achieve the reuse of reclaimed water, reduce the concentration of concentrated liquid, and lower the consumption of fresh water; In terms of solid waste, harmless disposal and regeneration of fluorine-containing waste residue, waste catalysts, and waste solvents are carried out. Promote the recycling of fluorine-containing by-products and waste materials, create a closed-loop industrial chain, and reduce resource waste and secondary pollution.
4、 Accelerate product iteration and lay out environmentally friendly fluorides
      To comply with global environmental regulations and PFAS control requirements, reduce the production capacity of high polluting and highly restricted perfluorinated products. Vigorously develop and mass produce low GWP environmentally friendly refrigerants, fluorine free additives, low toxicity fluorine-containing chemicals, environmentally friendly fluorine coatings, and fluorine resins. Based on the demand for new energy and semiconductor supporting products, we focus on high-purity and low emission electronic fluorine materials, lithium battery environmentally friendly fluorine materials, and replace low-end homogeneous products with green products to form the core competitiveness of low-carbon products.
5、 Energy saving renovation to reduce production carbon footprint
      Promote energy-saving renovation of the factory area, replace energy-saving motors, energy-saving boilers, and waste heat recovery systems, and recover reaction waste heat for heating, water supply, and process heating. Reasonably utilize clean energy such as photovoltaics and wind power, gradually replacing traditional fossil fuel energy with electricity and steam. Establish a digital energy consumption control system, monitor energy consumption data in real-time, control energy consumption in each process, and continuously reduce the carbon emission intensity per unit product.
6、 Compliant with global environmental standards and improving low-carbon  management
      Following the domestic dual carbon policy, new environmental regulations in the chemical industry, as well as international PFAS control, Kigali Amendment and other overseas regulatory requirements, we will complete the compliance transformation ahead of schedule. Establish a carbon accounting and carbon ledger management system for enterprises, and quantify carbon emission data. Strengthen green production certification and low-carbon product certification, adapt to the environmental protection threshold of foreign trade exports, meet the low-carbon procurement requirements of overseas customers, and enhance global green competitiveness.
7、 Industry university research collaboration, increasing investment in green technology research and development
      Joint research institutions are deeply cultivating core technologies such as green catalysis, low-carbon synthesis, fluorine resource recycling, and fluorine free substitution. Breakthrough key bottlenecks such as efficient treatment of fluorinated pollutants, low-carbon polymerization, and waste recycling, and drive long-term low-carbon transformation through technological innovation. At the same time, strengthen industry exchanges, share green production experience, and promote the overall green upgrading of the fluorine chemical industry.
