      Sodium fluorosilicate is an important inorganic fluorosilicate product, which is refined by the correct synthesis, purification, crystallization, drying, and screening processes of fluorosilicate and sodium salts. This product is a white crystalline powder with stable performance, high purity, low impurities, and wide applications. It strictly adheres to relevant standards and is an indispensable basic chemical raw material in the fields of building materials, glass, ceramics, metallurgy, water treatment, etc.
1、 Physical and chemical properties (official standard)
      Molecular formula and molecular weight: Na ₂ SiF ₆, 188.06.
Appearance: White hexagonal crystal or powder, odorless and tasteless, with slight hygroscopicity.
      Density: Relative density 2.679 g/cm ³.
      Solubility: Slightly soluble in water (soluble in 150 parts cold water and 40 parts boiling water), insoluble in ethanol, soluble in ether and acid solutions.
      Acidity and alkalinity: Cold water solutions are neutral, while hot water solutions are weakly acidic due to hydrolysis (pH ≈ 3).
      Thermal stability: Stable under normal temperature and pressure; At temperatures above 300 ℃, it decomposes into sodium fluoride (NaF) and silicon tetrafluoride (SiF ₄) gases.
      Chemical characteristics: When exposed to strong alkali, it decomposes to produce fluoride and silica; Release highly toxic hydrogen fluoride gas when encountering strong acid.
      Toxicity and Safety: Belonging to Class 6.1 toxic substances (UN 2674), it has moderate toxicity and is harmful to the skin, eyes, and respiratory tract. It requires standardized safe handling and storage.

1. High purity and high stability

      Different from highly corrosive hydrofluoric acid, this product slowly hydrolyzes in aqueous solution, releases fluoride ions in a controlled manner, and has a mild and long-lasting reaction temperature. This characteristic makes it an ideal choice for processes such as water glass curing, acid resistant material preparation, and metal surface treatment, which can meet process requirements while significantly reducing equipment corrosion risks and operational hazards.
3. Excellent melting and milky properties
      In the glass and enamel industry, it can effectively reduce the melting point and viscosity of the melt, accelerate the melting of raw materials, significantly save energy consumption, and improve production efficiency. At the same time, as an efficient milky white agent and clarifying agent, it can promote the rapid discharge of bubbles and impurities in the glass liquid, giving the product a uniform milky texture and high glossiness. It is widely used in the manufacturing of milky white glass, daily enamel, and optical glass.
4. Excellent acid resistance and curing enhancement function
      When used in combination with water glass (sodium silicate), through neutralization and gel reaction, the inorganic polymer with compact structure, acid resistance, water resistance and temperature resistance is rapidly solidified. The acid resistant adhesive, mortar, and concrete produced can resist various strong acid erosion and are widely used in acid resistant flooring, tank and chimney lining projects in industries such as chemical, metallurgical, and power.

      As a bulk fluorine chemical product, it has abundant raw material sources, mature production processes, and high cost-effectiveness.       Glass and enamel industry: used as a fluxing agent, clarifying agent, and milky white agent, used in the manufacture of milky white glass, optical glass, daily enamel, and craft ceramics.
      Building materials industry: water glass curing agent, producing acid resistant adhesive, acid resistant concrete, and acid resistant mortar for anti-corrosion engineering construction.
      Nonferrous metal metallurgy: fluxes and refining agents for the smelting of metals such as aluminum and beryllium, and sand additives for the casting industry.

      Storage conditions: Sealed and stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated dedicated warehouse, strictly preventing moisture and rain. It is strictly prohibited to store or transport together with strong acids, alkalis, oxidants, food, and feed.
      Packaging specifications: Packaged in polypropylene woven bags lined with polyethylene plastic bags, with a net weight of 25kg or 50kg and tightly sealed.
