Liquid fluorosilicone rubber (A and B components) is also a heat-curing rubber. Its viscosity and cross-linking properties make it a material with special processing advantages. Compared with solid fluorosilicone rubber (HTVA), it is characterized by low viscosity. Liquid fluorosilicone rubber is a pumpable two-component mixture, and we can provide ready-to-use products. It cures via addition cross-linking; most vulcanizates formed by curing fluorosilicone rubber can maintain elasticity at temperatures up to 250°C, and some products can even temporarily withstand temperatures as high as 300°C. In low-temperature applications, these products can all maintain flexibility at -50°C, and some special products can even do so at -90°C. Component A contains a platinum catalyst, while Component B contains a Si-H functional polysiloxane that acts as a cross-linking agent. Unlike peroxide cross-linking, liquid fluorosilicone rubber does not produce any cross-linking by-products during curing.

Liquid fluorosilicone rubber has a wide range of applications, including aviation, aerospace, automotive, machinery and equipment manufacturing, electrical engineering, medium and high-voltage insulation technology, as well as construction, food, health care and medical technology. Especially in the automotive manufacturing field, the produced fluorinated liquid silicone rubber has higher stability compared with gasoline, engine oil or transmission oil. Fluorosilicone rubber is packaged in steel drums, with a net weight of 200KG per drum.
