PVDF T-1 PVDF Resin for Coatings

PVDF T-1 is a powdered polyvinylidene fluoride product that can be blended with acrylic resin and additives to form high-performance baked PVDF fluorocarbon coatings. Compared with other grades of PVDF, PVDF T-1 is more suitable for preparing topcoat and light-colored coatings in extrusion-type PVDF fluorocarbon coatings.

Fluorocarbon coatings prepared with PVDF T-1 as raw material through proper blending and spraying processes have excellent mechanical strength and toughness. They have outstanding resistance to radiation and harsh weather conditions, and can be used for long periods over a wide temperature range while maintaining their properties.
