PVDF FR915

PVDF FR915 is a powder like homopolymer of polyvinylidene fluoride with a low melt mass flow rate. It belongs to thermoplastic fluororesin, which is resistant to most chemical media and has excellent properties such as heat resistance, high mechanical strength, high wear resistance, UV and radiation resistance. It can be used as a binder for lithium batteries and as a casting film.

1. Product Introduction

FR915 is a powdered vinylidene fluoride homopolymer with a low melt mass flow rate, belonging to thermoplastic fluororesin. This resin is resistant to most chemical media and has excellent properties such as heat resistance, high mechanical strength, high wear resistance, UV resistance and radiation resistance. FR915 can be used as a binder for lithium batteries and for casting films, etc.

This vinylidene fluoride homopolymer starts to decompose slightly above 300℃, producing hydrogen fluoride gas.
