PVDF FR907 PVDF Resin for Extrusion and Molding

PVDF FR907 is a granular homopolymerized vinylidene fluoride product with high melt viscosity, suitable for preparing PVDF products (such as pipes, sheets, rods, etc.) via extrusion processes.

PVDF products made from PVDF FR907 through appropriate processes have excellent mechanical strength and toughness. They are not corroded by acids, alkalis, strong oxidants and halogens at room temperature, and are stable to organic solvents such as aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols and aldehydes. Their performance remains basically unchanged in hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, dilute/conc. (40%) alkali solutions, and at temperatures up to 100℃. They also resist γ-ray and UV radiation, and can be used for long periods over a wide temperature range while maintaining their properties.
