PVDF FR906 is a sheet-like particle polyvinylidene fluoride product with low melt viscosity, good mechanical strength and toughness, and stability to many organic solvents. It is suitable for preparing PVDF products through injection molding processes.

1. Product Introduction

PVDF FR906 is a granular homopolymerized vinylidene fluoride product with low melt viscosity, suitable for preparing PVDF products via injection molding processes.
PVDF products made from PVDF FR906 through appropriate processes have excellent mechanical strength and toughness. They are not corroded by acids, alkalis, strong oxidants and halogens at room temperature, and are stable to organic solvents such as aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols and aldehydes. Their performance remains basically unchanged in hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, dilute/conc. (40%) alkali solutions, and at temperatures up to 100℃. They also resist γ-ray and UV radiation, and can be used for long periods over a wide temperature range while maintaining their properties.
