PVDF FR904 PVDF Resin for Casting

PVDF FR904 is a powdered polyvinylidene fluoride product with good solubility in some solvents, suitable for preparing membrane materials via the dissolution-casting process.

Membrane materials prepared with PVDF FR904 as raw material through appropriate processes have excellent mechanical strength and toughness. They are not corroded by acids, alkalis, strong oxidants and halogens at room temperature, and are stable to organic solvents such as aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols and aldehydes. Their performance remains basically unchanged in hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, dilute/conc. (40%) alkali solutions, and at temperatures up to 100℃. They also resist γ-ray and UV radiation, and can be used for long periods over a wide temperature range while maintaining their properties.
