The carbon-fluorine bond in fluororesin has the strongest known molecular bond structure, with a bond energy of up to 110 kJ/mol, and the carbon-fluorine bond is relatively short. Therefore, fluororesin has far better properties than ordinary resins, such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, low friction coefficient, water repellency, oil repellency, anti-adhesion, and anti-pollution.
The fluororesin used in this coating introduces some functional group-containing monomers into the main chain of the fluororesin, making the resulting copolymer soluble in solvents and curable at room temperature. It has good aging resistance and salt spray resistance, and has passed the technical appraisal of the State Petroleum and Chemical Industry Bureau.

Product Performance of Hongjia Fluororesin for Fluorocoatings
  1. Super Weather Resistance:
    The carbon-fluorine bonds on the fluororesin molecular chain can resist UV degradation, allowing long-term outdoor use without appearance changes. Artificial accelerated aging tests show that Hongjia fluororesin for fluorocoatings can be used outdoors for more than 20 years, and the appearance remains as good as new.
  2. Corrosion Resistance and Chemical Resistance:
    The acid resistance, alkali resistance, and chemical resistance of fluorocarbon resin are incomparable to other resins. Hongjia fluororesin for coatings has passed the 5000-hour neutral salt spray test.
  3. Pollution Resistance:
    Fluorocarbon coatings have a self-lubricating surface, with a water contact angle of 80-100° (or even higher). The surface is smooth with low adhesion, so it is not easy to be polluted; even if polluted, it is very easy to clean.
  4. Excellent Construction Performance:
    Fluorocarbon coatings can be sprayed, rolled, or brushed, with excellent adhesion and hardness.
