Octafluorocyclobutane, also known as perfluorocyclobutane, RC318 refrigerant, is a colorless, odorless, transparent, and non flammable liquefied gas with stable chemical properties. It is mainly used as a spray agent, refrigerant, and integrated circuit etchant in the food industry.
