2,3-Dihydrodecafluoropentane is a colorless transparent liquid with minimal non-volatile residues, making it ideal for applications requiring extremely high cleanliness. It is an HFC liquid (HFC-4310) with zero ODP and a very low GWP, commonly used for cleaning, rinsing and drying in vapor degreasing equipment. It can replace existing HCFC and PFC liquids in most applications. It has a higher boiling point and lower surface tension than CFC-113, and also features non-flammability, chemical stability, thermal stability and low toxicity, as well as easy regeneration via distillation. This product has stronger solvency than CFC-113; it can also be mixed with alcohols, hydrocarbons, esters, etc. to form azeotropes or blends for enhanced solvency.
